On December 30, 2024, Lynn shared photos from the hospital, showcasing scars from her brain surgery after the Christmas Eve skiing accident, which occurred in Aspen. She wrote, “And In a blink of an eye … life can change.”

The mom of one managed to ski to the bottom of the mountain, experiencing only a mild headache, and initially believed she’d recover after lunch and resume skiing. However, out of an abundance of caution, Lynn decided to visit the ski patrol to check for a possible concussion.

Their assessment suggested she was fine, but a paramedic recommended she visit the hospital for a CAT scan. Accompanied by her husband, Jett, Lynn took a taxi to the hospital. Within 30 minutes, doctors discovered she had a brain bleed and determined she needed to be airlifted to a trauma hospital for urgent treatment.
